Your analytics choice

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It loads only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Declining sends no Google Analytics measurement from these websites. Your choice is saved for 180 days across both websites in a necessary preference cookie. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change it. Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics. Withdrawing consent removes our Google Analytics cookies and stops future measurement; it does not erase data already collected.

What optional analytics measures

When accepted, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish browser visits and sessions. It measures pages, traffic sources, approximate location, device/browser information, engagement, scrolls, résumé download clicks, case-study views, and clicks on email, LinkedIn, GitHub and portfolio links. A click does not prove a completed download, sent inquiry, recruiter identity or hiring intent. We do not send names, email addresses, résumé recipients or form contents as event parameters. We retain only the published GitHub and LinkedIn campaign labels in measured page URLs; other query parameters and fragments are excluded.

Google receives analytics information and processes it on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Advertising storage, Google signals, advertising personalization and retargeting are disabled. We do not sell analytics data or use it to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics retains individual event data for a limited period; aggregated reports can remain longer.

Hosting, search and direct contact

Cloudflare hosts these public websites and processes network request information to deliver and secure them. Google Search Console reports search discovery and indexing; it does not install a visitor tracking cookie on these pages. If you email us, your message and address are handled separately to respond to your inquiry. External LinkedIn and GitHub pages follow their own privacy policies.
